EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS/ RETURNS POLICY
Once receive the order(s) customer is encouraged to inspect the contents of their package(s). The exchanges can be made within 7 working days, from the date of the order(s) received.
Please ensure the followings terms & conditions are fulfilled;
️ Receive of Defect/damaged item(s)
️ Receive of wrong item(s)/ size
️ Item(s) unwashed, unaltered and unworn. Return the cloths with original tags attached (if any) & wrap it in original plastic. Do not fold the cloths.
️ Damaged, washed, soiled, or altered return goods will not be entertained and to be returned to customer.
️ All exchanges/ returns requires a valid Invoice receipt.
️ All exchanges are subject to our stock availability & we need approximately 3-5 days to process the request.
️ All products are eligible for only a one-time exchange and return.
️ Exchange and return are not eligible for promotional items.
Please note that some of the colors on the images may slightly differ from the actual item(s). No exchanges/ returns/ refunds are allowed in term of color differences.
Customer will bear the delivery charges for order(s) exchanged based on the weight of the new item(s) and the location.
